Bradley Beal

Bradley Beal sustained a sprained right ring finger during Monday’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs, exiting the game with just under three minutes remaining. Despite concerns, X-rays on Beal’s finger came back negative, and the team is closely monitoring his response to treatment. Notably, Beal, along with Nurkic, sat out of practice on Tuesday.

Throughout the season, Bradley Beal has been a key contributor for the Suns, averaging 17.9 points on an efficient 50.3% shooting from the field, along with 4.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game in 33 minutes of play. However, injuries have plagued Beal’s availability this season, as he has appeared in only 43 of the Suns’ 72 games due to various ailments, including back, ankle, nose, and hamstring injuries.

On the other hand, Nurkic suffered a right ankle sprain during the second half of Monday’s game against the Spurs, forcing him to be ruled out shortly thereafter. Before his departure, Nurkic had contributed six points, nine rebounds, four assists, and two blocks in just 19 minutes of action. Despite his occasional absences, Nurkic has been a significant presence for the Suns this season, averaging 11.3 points, 11 rebounds, 3.8 assists, one steal, and one block per game. Notably, the team has struggled in Nurkic’s absence, failing to secure a victory in the four games he has missed, with three of those losses coming by double-digit margins.

In terms of the Nuggets’ lineup, Jamal Murray will remain sidelined due to a knee injury, while Aaron Gordon’s status remains uncertain as he deals with plantar fascia issues, with his availability determined closer to game time.
