Country artist Randy Drive for Show Houser, known for his platinum-selling records, graced the stage, reminiscing about his recent experience filming “The Hill” in the Augusta area. The independent film garnered acclaim, becoming a top watch on Netflix and earning recognition at the Family Film and TV Awards. Houser expressed gratitude for the local support, making the evening even more special.

The concert served as a fundraiser for the First Tee of Augusta, an organization dedicated to educating and enriching local children through golf. Grammy-nominated artist Cole Swindell, a passionate golf fan, highlighted the significance of combining his love for music with support for a worthy cause. Joining Swindell was Tyler Reeve, co-writer of Brett Young’s hit single “In Case You Didn’t Know,” echoing the sentiment of giving back to the community.

The lineup also included performances by local rock band Drive for Show Black Dawg and mixes from DJ Rock, ensuring a diverse musical experience for attendees. Jill Brown, Executive Director of First Tee of Augusta, expressed gratitude for the community’s support over the years, emphasizing the importance of their ongoing efforts to expand programming and accessibility to golf for children in surrounding counties.

With over $1.7 million raised for First Tee, the concert has become a staple event during Masters Week, embodying the spirit of community and philanthropy. As they celebrate their 20th year, organizers remain committed to nurturing young talent and fostering a love for golf among future generations.
