To celebrate the inaugural men’s major championship of 2024, Cobra Golf is unveiling a new line of limited edition Darkspeed X and Darkspeed LS drivers. These drivers feature unique color schemes and graphics inspired by Augusta green highlights and azaleas.

The Darkspeed Season Opener drivers showcase a sleek gloss black finish, contrasting with the standard model’s matte finish. Highlighted by vibrant green accents, the unique azalea graphic print adorns the sole and skirt of the driver. Each driver is paired with a matching Mitsubishi Tensi 1K Black shaft and headcover, completing the striking aesthetic.
In terms of technology, the 2024 Cobra Golf Darkspeed drivers boast advanced features to enhance performance on the course. Aerodynamic shaping, a re-engineered PWR-Bridge structure behind the face, and a 13-percent larger PWRSHELL H.O.T. Face insert contribute to increased energy transfer and optimized mass positioning. These drivers also feature a multi-material construction, incorporating lightweight carbon soles and crown plates alongside a reinforced titanium body. The carbon fiber plates are 30 percent lighter than titanium, allowing for more discretionary weight distribution to enhance the moment of inertia (MOI).

The Darkspeed LS model offers a compact profile suited for golfers with high swing speeds who require low spin off the tee and desire workability.
