JetBlue Expands Paris Service with Inaugural Boston Flight

JetBlue (Nasdaq: JBLU) has announced the expansion of its Paris service with the commencement of its inaugural flight from Boston, departing from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) today. This new flight route between Boston and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) follows the successful launch of service from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) last summer, further bolstering JetBlue’s transatlantic offering from its Boston focus city. Alongside Paris, JetBlue currently offers daily service to London, Amsterdam, and recently initiated seasonal service to Dublin from Boston.

Dave Clark, head of revenue and planning at , expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “The response to our New York-Paris flight has been overwhelming, and we’ve been looking forward to adding a daily flight from Boston as well.” Clark highlighted the limited options available to Boston customers when flying to Paris and emphasized JetBlue’s commitment to providing affordable fares and exceptional onboard experiences, injecting competition into the market.

Massport’s Interim CEO and Director of Aviation, Ed Freni, praised JetBlue’s partnership with Logan Airport, expressing enthusiasm for the launch of Boston-Paris service, which offers passengers more choices to visit Europe and beyond.

Jet also plans to introduce a second daily flight from New York’s JFK to Paris, commencing on June 20th.

The schedule for flights between Boston (BOS) and Paris (CDG) is as follows:

Daily service starting April 3, 2024 (Eastbound) & April 4, 2024 (Westbound)

BOS – CDG Flight #33: Departure at 8:00 p.m., Arrival at 9:15 a.m. (+1)
CDG – BOS Flight #34: Departure at 11:15 a.m., Arrival at 1:02 p.m.

These flights will be operated daily on JetBlue’s Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) aircraft, featuring 24 redesigned Mint Suite® seats, 114 core seats, and the spacious Airspace cabin interior.
